Nuts (NIS) purchased from local farmers are graded, sorted and packed in our 6000 tons per annum treatment plant. Upon intake drawn samples are tested and nuts are cleaned and treated to ensure an uncontaminated product for our esteemed customers.
Nuts are inspected by hand to ensure that all defects are removed.
Nuts are sized in different sizes according to international grading standards.
A final inspection by hand ensure that all the nuts are uniform in size and quality. The final product is packed and knitted in 25kg bags.
Cracked material is de-shelled and pre-packed for the domestic market.
Waste is provided to our suppliers as compost.
